Government Reaffirms Commitment to FOI Enactment
In an update, to the Law and Justice Cluster, the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department for Parliament and Law has reaffirmed commitment for the tabling of a Freedom of Information Act

In an update, to the Law and Justice Cluster, the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department for Parliament and Law has reaffirmed commitment of the current government for the review of the Whistle Blower Act, tabling of a Freedom of Information Act and amendments to the Official Secrets Act.
It remains to be seen however if the amendments will include the recommendations and inputs by civil society partners.
